Whisper of the Roots: Noma Chronicle

Duration

3 - 4 min

Venue

Tai Kwun F-Hall Studio

Whisper of the Roots: Noma Chronicle invites the audience to experience the discovery of an alien communication device sent by “Noma” - a fictional civilization inspired by the artist’s Uzbek and Sakha heritage. As the device reveals its stories, its roots grow deeper and stronger, symbolizing the artist’s internal longing to reconnect with her origins and the deliberate rejection of that feeling earlier in her life. Taking the form of F-Hall, the device embodies the broader theme of human communication across time and space.
